RUOK Day was a fun day with a very important message. Suicide Prevention and Support Network Western Sydney had a team of volunteers in Henry Street, Free Coffee was available with an assortment of wonderful Cakes made by our Team Members Jody and Nat. Everyone wanted a cake.
Be a part of this wonderful Network in Western Sydney by donating and helping those who struggle with the loss of a Family member to Suicide. All donations are greatly appreciated and will help us continue to deliver suicide prevention and support services.

I recently had the good fortune to be invited to the Hunter Institute’s conference on suicide prevention. The guest speaker was international suicide prevention expert, Dr. Morton Silverman.

On Saturday 17th August 2013 Mind Blank celebrated the close of their school touring initiative. They have educated more than 4,000 young people in NSW on the topic of depression and suicide prevention.
